Returns and Refunds
You may return any unused item within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, less the shipping fee.
To return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. You will be notified via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Product should be unused and in original packaging. Return in a well packed box with your name, address, phone number and order number included, if available. Do not send in a manila envelope or other packaging that will damage the product. If returning a product with a free gift, include the free gift.
Important: Save your return tracking number until your refund has processed into your credit card account.
Refund will be issued to the original method of payment. You should expect to receive your refund within 15 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
